If you are looking for a tasty dessert then try one of Einstein's cookies, brownies, or rice krispy treats. Simply to Go is your one-stop-meal-destination on campus and will provide service to students, faculty or staff on the move! From gourmet sandwiches and entrée salads to yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit and veggie cups as well as your favorite premium beverages, STG is the premiere grab and go option.

Palio
Located in Siena Phase 1 dormitory.
Palio features a new kind of venue, FoD (Food on Demand), a Sodexo concept that was developed as a unique, technology-focused casual-dining experience for college campuses. FoD is high tech from start to finish. Guests order digitally from a touch-screen kiosk. Each dish is then individually prepared, and then the customers order will appear on a TV screen in the dining room when the meal is ready.
